The evening shift staff as we checked in was very stand off ish and not helpful at all. However the morning staff was much more friendly as we checked out. The body wash was empty and there were some stains on the sheets. Overall the vibe of the hotel was cool however I would not stay there again.

Overall, my stay at Isleta Resort was okay, but I think there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel feels a bit outdated, and the rooms would definitely benefit from some renovations to give them a fresher, more modern look. I also expected a friendlier level of customer service. During my visit to the spa, the treatment itself was very good and I enjoyed it, but the reception staff were not particularly welcoming or warm. A more attentive and friendly attitude would make the experience much more enjoyable. The resort has potential, but updating the facilities and focusing on customer service would make a big difference. I hope to see improvements in the future.
