Friendly staff,room great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the free dinner in the evening and our room had an amazing waterside view.

Great service and excellent customer service

Room clean and fresh. Check quick and courteous, restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful. Meal and drinks expensive but normal for Norway. Breakfast was good also.

Three of us shared a family room and we were very comfortable. Great proximity to the train station and tram system. 10 minute walk to downtown. 45 min tram to the airport. The breakfast was absolutely splendid! We had an interior room which didn’t have a view. Not much selection on the tv (a couple of Nordic channels) so we ended up buying an HDMI cable for our laptop so that we could watch movies. Staff were very helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others especially if they were taking the train to Bergen.
