Everything was good-the location, staff, amenities, etc. However, last morning electricty to the telephone, coffee pot, A/C, alarm cl;ock and 1 wall socket didn't work.

Excellent hotel. Cold air conditioning. Very good restaurants inside. Great location. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Extremely satisfied with our visit.

Great location with North Lambeth tube station across the street. Walkable to the London Eye, Westminster. The hotel is very dark. They use mood lighting in all the hallways. It was difficult for me to see things. We also had our room entered daily even though we asked for privacy. Our light were off when we left but on when we entered. We talked to security about this and was told that the security manager was off duty and they would follow up with us in Monday. We did not feel safe to leave anything in the room. In addition, you have sliding(shared) doors for the toilet and the shower. There is very little lighting in the bathroom which makes it hard to see. We did have one light replaced but it really did not help. When you took a flashlight to the shower, there was lots of black mold on the corners and floor. We used shoes while in the shower. Water pressure was not great. The beds were great and comfortable and the room space was adequate.

One night stay and everything went very well. Would stay here again.

Everything was okay, except that the light in the bathroom was broken and it took them around two days to get it fixed, apart from that you get what you pay for.
