Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Food was ok, music was always in Spanish, would have like to had a mix. Lots of staff did not understand English at all.

Showers are eother cold or burning, room service is shockingly bad and mever get back to you. The staff are amazing and friendly, they go above and beyond, same the facilities let the staff down.

The maní topic of insatisfaction is that various restaurants were closed. So we needed to eat mainly in the buffet and the experience was conditioned to this place.

Rooms and facilities were very clean and spacious. The staff was exceptional and went above to beyond to ensure our group was well taken care of and had what we needed. The kids area and staff was also great, offering daily activities for the kids to participate in. Highly recommend!
