Staff was A1! I got a suite and it was the perfect choice. The room came with almost everything we needed for the week, the staff was friendly and so accommodating at all times! It is conveniently located near major malls and theme parks, we got everywhere within 10-15minutes. Lots of parking and you feel very safe on the premises, there is constantly staff and security circling at all hours for our protection and assistance. I am definitely staying here for my next Orlando stay

When we arrived, instead of the 2 bedroom villa that I reserved and paid for, we got a one bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed. They told me it was overbooked.
Thankfully they moved us the next day.
