Isla Contoy Adventure Holidays

The resort itself is beautiful and large. The main pools and walk up bar are really nice. There are plenty of food options all day. At one of our dinners we did have an issue where we found a little creature on our desert but we were impressed at how the staff handled the situation right away. They were kind and very apologetic.

We did not have power last night. It was complicated to get ready to check out. We have an early flight. Coffee machine was not working due to missing power. In general we like it a lot.

Me encantó mi estadía en Grand Oasis 😍✨ El hotel está súper chulo, el ambiente es increíble y realmente vale la pena por el precio — es bastante económico para todo lo que ofrece. Disfruté muchísimo, la pasé demasiado bien y definitivamente volvería. Lo único que diría es que la comida puede mejorar un poco, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo espectacular. Overall, lo amé 💕🏝️

We had a great stay everything was above and beyond however when it came to golfing we were treated like we were just a no one, my husband is a pga professional, we picked this resort for the amenities but also to golf …they wanted to charge a riders fee golf club fee along with others totaling$499 with said. credits we golfed in puerto rico and never had this issue and were told that’s the us …. why have a jack nicholas course if you can’t honor pga professionals, when i went to the front desk at the grand they had no idea what a pga was, nor was the supervisor ever available ever they were always “busy” every time ….every single time..all we asked was the fee for the fee of $85 to waived ..we were asked to step aside and go to vacation planners who were rude and told us your in mexico and they can’t do anything and laughed at us! When you sped $6000 for a vacation $85 isn’t alot to ask! Never got our expedia room upgrade , and the minute we stopped tipping room staff the room never got cleaned until super late and drinks never replenished … and staff came in and out when they pleased …the sales pitch at the end is too much …we would come back but these are our views after our stay! Supervisors need to be present and it not just be a sales forced resort …

This property was amazing! Very clean. Beautiful views. Incredible food. Exceptional service. Perfect place for my family to relax.
