Excellent stay and service, food was excellent with a good choice offered on the menu. The bar was also really good with several choices of beverages available, all were offered at reasonable cost.

Superb property, brilliant staff, spotlessly clean. Quality of food was first class. Great selection of drinks served with style. Faultless.

Hotel was absolutely outstanding. Perfect location, great restaurants and the staff in the bar were particularly delightful. Would not hesitate to recommend it to all!

The breakfast was pretty basic and for the price of the room I would expect more. The staff were very friendly.

Once again booked at Crowne Plaza and their is renovation works underway. No advance warning again. On this occasion the lifts were under service/renovation. 20 minutes waiting on lifts that were full from the floors above. I dont know what has happened to the restaurant but the meals are getting worse and this one was the worst ever experienced. The steak meal was cold, undercooked and had a skin on it from the hot plate, the other was a burger, totally inedible and certainly not worth £19. The options for eating around the Hydro is limited and this was a better appeal for the Plaza, but will certainly think twice about booking for future visits. Cannot fault the reception or service staff.

Such a great local experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Loved it! The building needs some updates (loved the charm and wouldn't change the style or architecture but just update the paint and flooring). Overall, so great!

Everything was great. Every member of staff - from Reception, restaurant, house cleaning, etc - were so helpful and welcoming, made our stay feel like being at home. Cannot recommend the Eglinton Arms too much. We'll be back.
