Ac was not working properly- the hotel staff had someone come look at the unit and he claimed it was fixed but the temp never went below 76 degrees. Not comfortable at all!!

An outstanding hotel that manages to combine a traditional Japanese aesthetic with a sleek and modern minimalist design. Suite views are also magnificent. Of course the renowned Nobu Restaurant is also in the building. Highly recommended.
