Great location we enjoyed our stay. Lost of families staying

The food at the French restaurant was fabulous and we really enjoyed the daily freshly folded pajamas.

This is by far our favorite property in Tokyo. The proximity to Tokyo Station cannot be understated as convenient. The room is extremely quiet and the amenities provided are more than we could ever need. Definitely recommend for those looking to stay in a central area near Toyko Station. Everyone is especially kind and everything is spotless. Bed is comfortable and linens are soft. The water pressure from the shower is awesome.

We stayed for 9 nights in a room with 4 beds. Family of 4. Space in the room was tight for the 4 of us and our luggage but overall the room was well appointed and comfortable. Mattresses were quite firm. The toilet was something else. Room was super quiet. Never heard anything in our room all 9 nights. Used laundry once mid trip (about $3.75 per wash or dry). Laundry area was a busy place. Lobby and hallways were decorated beautifully. Breakfast was amazing. Dumplings were the table favorite. There was something for everyone. Hotel is located directly across the street from Shiomi train station. Three stops to Disney, three stops to Tokyo station. We could typiclly get anywhere in Tokyo using 2 trains. I think one time, we need to use three trains. Family Mart connected to hotel for drinks and treats. 7/11 a couple of blocks away. There is a grocery store right next to the train station. We did use the limousine bus that picked up in hotel parking lot. It went direct to Narita from parking lot 2 times daily for $1500 yen per person (about $10 US). Overall, this was a beautiful hotel and the price paid was an outstanding value. It was a base to explore all of Tokyo. Book with confidence. Go and enjoy your trip!

The hotel was close to transportation which made it convenient. The area was walkable and close to convenient stores.

This was our best stay in Tokyo, with excellent views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel offers great luxury and an excellent place to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The folks at The Fairmont Tokyo are helpful as always and warm and welcoming.
