Smaller than expected but a great place, location and help. Laundry was a big plus.

Great location and rooms are spacious, quiet, and well maintained. The lobby smells of hookah smoke all day and night which I personally found to be unpleasant. Otherwise this hotel is good value for money.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom, great to have a river view. Easy access for the tube and central London.

I arrived at The Adria late at night as the result of a major air travel disruption, not having done my usual careful review of hotel choices on Expedia, but what a wonderful experience it turned out to be! The Night Manager on duty when I arrived was exceptionally helpful and kind in helping me settle in, and the next morning the General Manager and all of his staff were again exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs as I worked to re-book my flight for the following day. The hotel itself is beautiful! An 1870s-era London Townhouse, located in the lovely borough of South Kensington, within walking distance of both the Goucester Road and South Kensington metro stations, as well as several of the major museums in London: Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum and the Science Museum to name just a few. There are many options in the neighbourhood for shopping and dining, but be sure not to miss breakfast at The Adria Hotel, the eggs benedict were superb!!! And thanks again to the wonderful staff at The Adria, they truly made my somewhat challenging, forced stay in London a very pleasant and memorable experience.

The room was located in an ideal location, clean and safe but the back of the hotel opens to the train so if you do want to open a window, the window will be bombarded by train traffic and sound and not the best air.

Basic, but clean, comfortable and recently redone rooms, No lift, so be prepared to climb some stairs and carry your bag to the summit. (This is true of all the hotels in the area that were built back in the day.) The staff is friendly, helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations nearby. The price is reasonable and the location is *fantastic*! You are steps from Paddington, there are plenty of decent restaurants and pubs nearby and you are only a short walk from Kennsington Gardens and Hyde Park. Other touristy attractions like the British Museum, Big Ben, War Rooms, etc are close enough to walk to. Highly recommend,
