From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. The room was very clean & private and the pool and views were great.

The hotel has good facilities, but unfortunately the overall experience did not justify the price. Our room was not ready on time, and despite paying extra for a sea view bungalow, we were given a second floor room that only had a partial sea view. Management promised on our first day that the room would be changed, but this never materialised. Overall, the facilities are good, but the value for money and service fell well short of expectations.

One of the best resorts in Crete. The location and private beach are absolutely stunning. The resort offers excellent facilities, and there’s also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. This was my second stay at Daios Cove, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. I already can’t wait to go back!
