Great stay! Friendly staff. If not for slow wifi, could have been five stars.

Couldn’t fault this hotel the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the decor is gorgeous. Breakfast lovely and lots of options. Only little suggestion would be to add in fluffy dressing gowns in the Winter months rather than the thin material ones.

The staff were excellent throughout my stay—very professional, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and good quality. However, there were a few drawbacks. In the breakfast area, the cooking smells tended to stick to clothes, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly and felt warm. Our room also had a limited view, and there was some noticeable noise at times. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly due to the quality of service and breakfast, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

If you like a very firm bed, this is the hotel for you. I still rated the hotel high because it’s gorgeous, accommodating, has lots of amenities and spacious rooms.

Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day. Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

Room set up well, very clean with enough room to store our clothes. Decent coffeemaker. Wonderful view of canal with small balcony to sit out. Staff were excellent! Very helpful in assisting with our luggage up and down the stairs and providing good info on restaurants and nearby activities. Enjoyed breakfast and happy hour! Good location for walking to places
