La Altagracia All inclusive Holidays

Staff was all kind and attentive and food was better than most other all inclusives we have stayed at. However, non-potable water out of sinks, and upset stomachs all week from either food or bar drinks was terrible. Property was not well maintained. Mold on walls specifically the wall bed was on through wallpaper, mold in shower, and musty in room all week. Our bedding felt wet all week.(even with damp rid bags) Smoking anywhere on property is not normal at any other resorts we have been at. Only in designated areas. This was not nice for us non smokers as people were smoking everywhere. There was a marijuana smell the whole week around the property. Large cockroach in Cubana bar which ruined the vibe for the evening we wanted to spend in there. Would not return to this resort.

While the property itself was beautifully maintained and well kept not all of the staff were thoughtful and caring while they put on a friendly facade. After day one when I inquired about checking out early and a refund i came back to my suit case rummaged through and clothes on the floor after a day by the poo. I was easily looked over or dismissed while in line or other places. House keeping didn’t come one day and my request for new towels through the app and a call to the front desk were ignored. The last day there the resort kept having blackouts and the side I was on stayed out longer. I asked for a place to charge my phone as I needed to check in with the airline for my departure early the next morning. In all i made the best of the experience for my kids but I can’t say I’d visit again.

We loved the swim up bar and the bartenders. All the staff was amazing. This resort has spoiled us and makes us never want to go try another.

Everything was fine. I had a nice view from my room. Options for dining were good too.

Everything it’s excellent the staff very friendly and serviceable. The installations very clean and quiet for what we are looking for … But we suggest a little more entertainment specially in the pool area. Thanks you Erika Tellez
