Isle of Eriska All inclusive Holidays

When arrived it’s all check in through a tablet which is fine but staff r still there no hello, how’s u or anything completely ignore u. We were too floor, room was quite dirty. Dust on shelves, light bulbs, bathroom was also dirty. Went down to bar around 11:15am to see if it was open ( as u know it’s nice to have a drink while getting ready) it was shut and the staff told us the opened at 12pm for drinks, that is no issue at all but when we asked “ oh can we have a menu to look over drinks” they firmly said no giving us looks and as we’re walking away we can hear them laughing behind us. Now they might not be laughing at us but we felt very judge. Same day but around 6pm having drinks I went up to the bar to ask if they done any kind of shots. The guy at the bar screwed up his face at me and said no. Now not doing shots is fine I was just checking but screwing up there face and again making me feel like I was being judged. Now we have been here plenty of times and really enjoyed our stay but we won’t be back now. Gone done hill since being taken over

Decent location on the river and close to the walkable malls and beautiful old center of the city convenient to the train. Decent for business travelers and good food ordering options in the room. The stairs are really wonky in this hotel so if you have a rolly suitcase that’s really big you have to carry it up and down a couple sets of stairs, despite there being a lift. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Was amazing clean, beautiful hotel although very busy but was very quiet and only a walking distance from Ovo Hydro
