very good service, a little expensive

Absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel is extraordinary in so many ways.

An absolutely charming stay right in the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodations were extremely comfortable, and the property is very well kept; it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend.

This is an exceptional property and certainly one of the finest five star hotels in the entire Provence. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was amazing; and the dinner in the restaurant should not be missed. Pleasant location but too far from Aix-en-Provence (taxi 45 Euro) if you don't have a car

This hotel claims to be five stars do not stay here they stole my clothes that were in my room an then when I called front desk to report the cleaning staff stole these items they said nothing was brought to our attention and dismissed my concerns as if they took no responsibility. I have to dispute my charge just to regain compensation for a very delicate item that was stolen. Be careful do not stay here the cleaning staff steals items.

Hotel has great location near the beach and old town. Nice staff and bar area. Room also nicely decorated However - room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days and we checked out on the third. Had to ask for towels as not enough for 2 people when we got In but more crucially Carpet had just been cleaned (maybe shampooed) and was damp through out stay. Staff were nice and gave us a late check out as compensation.

From the point I got there staff was amazing, place was clean. I love their coffee machine and water machine in the lobby and outdoor sitting lounge. All and all 5 stars
