Great location and internal finishings. Make clearer to guest that breakfast stops serving at 11am, this information was not clear from information in room or on QR code accessible information.

A little disappointed. Elevator 1 was out for our entire stay and we had to personally haul our luggage up 4 flights, bed was extremely firm, robes were stiff and scratchy, our air went out and window wouldn't open. Hotel provided us with a fan. Lobby area quite small. Location was excellent - right by the train station and bus station and around the corner from the Royal Mile. The young staff was efficient. Good coffees and teas in room along with sparkling and still water daily and 2 samples of Scotch upon arrival. Good lighting in bathroom with a make up mirror that was located in a perfect place for optimum use. Wouldn't classify this as a luxury hotel

Good location. Attentive front desk.

We liked the location of the property. It was easy walking to see Edinburgh. There was plenty of restaurants in close proximity and it was on the quiet side being a block off the main street. You could even easily walk to Dean Village which was great. The room was small but sufficient. we did not spend too much time in the room, so it was not an issue. Parking was okay, pretty expensive in that area of town. Unfortunately, we needed a car for the rest of our trip, but you do not need one in that area of town.

Clean and comfortable. Helpful and polite staff. Nice area. Had a great time.

This is a gorgeous property right in the heart of old town Edinburgh. All the main areas, streets, castle is within minutes of walking. Absolutely amazing people working there

Such amazing pool sauna activities but your 9pm closing needs to be changed to 10:30-11:00pm

The property itself is great! Clean rooms and very friendly staff. It should be known that walking with luggage from Waverly station is possible but difficult given the hilly terrain. Also, there’s a club just down the street that is open late every night, and it’s quite noisy. Not a deal breaker, especially if that’s what you’re looking for, but good to be aware of!
