We loved our stay at the Lotte Towers! The rooms were very spacious for our family of 4. We were provided a fridge on request. The views were amazing. The lifts were quick to get us to the 58th floor! Our rooms were serviced twice daily. Cannot fault anything at Lotte would love to return one day!!

Some of the staff, notably Britney at the front desk, Willie from security, the doormen, the housekeepers, and the women staffing the elevators, were so lovely and kind. Genuinely wonderful. However, the rest of the front desk staff and concierge staff were disinterested at best and a little rude at worst. The room was lovely. Everything was clean. The stay was just okay, I was just expecting more.

Coffee should be offered in morning. Would help to have a refrigerator for waters and medicines. The decor has gotten tired in guest rooms. Rugs in rooms and hallways do not looked they were cleaned during closure. My headboard was peeling.

I love Hotel Beacon. My husband and I enjoyed walking around the hotel and learning about NY. It was safe and in a very convenient location. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I recommend this Hotel.
