Hotel was very nice. It was very clean and close to nice restaurants. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Rooms were very clean

This was an awesome place to stay for an American family visiting for a week. Quiet and very comfortable with an ideal central location for many of the sites you would want to visit. The staff is amazing. They also have a fairly amazing coffee machine that you can get drinks from whenever you'd like. That was a nice touch.

My third time staying and it's always exceptional service and a great experience! Staff so warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful property with a nice back garden. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the property. It was clean and felt safe although some of the decor needs a little update/maintenance. My daughter loved the swimming pool but we were disappointed that the sauna was out of service and could not be used. The surrounding area was fantastic, shops and food halls near rhe plan station were brilliant. Easy to get to central london. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a little noisy (due to being close to lifts and other guests) but we managed to get sleep Would recommend and would stay again
