"my single room was comfortable , clean and a trifle small. The staff were helpful and efficient. Was very satisfied by the standard overall. it was unfortunate that one of the main lifts was not working so reaching the higher floors could be slow. "

"The breakfast was very nice with a huge selection of choices. The staff were very accommodating. Our room was very clean however it was noticed the next day that the windows were open. I would say that the staff should be checking that out along with cleaning. All and all we had a great stay. The tub should have the bath mat already in place as it can be very slippery. "It was a very nice hotel spacious room with comfortable bed but the pillows weren't very good at all 1 wasnt enough 2 was to many no happy medium. The only thing that let it down was breakfast organised chaos it was like eating in a canteen not really impressed but the food was nice "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the British Museum and very well connected to the Underground, which made getting around London incredibly easy. The room is compact and minimal in size for two people, but everything you need is cleverly fitted into the space. The layout feels almost engineered with millimetric precision! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality, and the staff at reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but they immediately solved it by changing our room without any hassle. A special thank you to Podja for her care and attention throughout our stay — she truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!"

"The room was musty and smelled like a basement. There were also bright emergency lights in the bedroom right over the bed that could not be shut off. We ended up having to tape cardboard over the light. The staff helped us with the cardboard suggesting it was a common problem. Terrible experience overall. The location was the only good thing. "
