I didn’t get my room cleaned every day had to call and ask to it to be cleaned. Then the food was yuck and the service at the restaurants all of them were slow. Very disappointed in this Stay won’t stay at a dreams property again. This was not our view in Tulum.

The food was ok on the restaurants the best one was La Lena .. the s’mores experience was terrible too many bugs and too much wood burned it was hard to stay so after 20 min we left the experience .. don’t recommend it .. also the Mexican night at $75 per person not worth it either l!

The resort was clean, rooms clean and friendly service.
They can improve on the service time at the property restaurants. It ranged at dimner from 1 to 2 hours wait for a table and then the food it took a lobg time to be served as well.
