Mexico Beach Holidays

The waiters are the best, specially Manases, Carlos and Ramon.

Everything was good, good service hotel super clean but the food was not good no flavor, undercooked drinks also not very good, other than the food everything was good, great beach!

We enjoyed our stay – the staff was exceptionally friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the facilities were great. However, two things need improvement: 1. Pool Chairs – Guests can reserve chairs with flags, but many claim them early in the morning and leave them unused until the afternoon. When I raised this with security, I was told nothing could be done. 2. Dinner – Breakfast and lunch were excellent, but dinner was frustrating. Restaurant reservations filled up as early as midnight the night before, leaving long waits at the buffet. On “Mexican Night,” there were no kid-friendly options, so our children went to bed hungry. With some changes to the dinner system and pool policy, this could be a perfect vacation spot.

Property 3/5 clean but outdated. We had to switch rooms day 1 because AC was barely working. Come to find out its capped. My Dad was in a villa and their AC was freezing. Shower didn't drain and had to have it cleaned out. When we moved rooms the bed had a blood spot on the sheet on one bed and food in the other one. Food 3/5 Breakfast buffet is a 4/5. Lunch buffet and dinner js 2/5 and I would give the restaurants 1/5. My son had an allegic reaction to the Tuna because it was old at the Japanese restaurant. When we were at the Italian which is the best one they were out of some things and the bread was so hard it was like a rock. The mexican restaurant had water dripping from Ac into the food on the bar!! Desserts were bland and baked good usually hard. Food is such a large part of a resort and it was underwhelming. The sports bar had hot dogs ans nachos all day but advertised smoothies which weren't there. The coffee bar had desserts that were about 1/5 and shakes that were literally milk no i Pools 2/5 They were warm and nit very refreshing and pretty crowded in August so during bjsy time I couldn't imagine. The music was so loud it was blasting and very unrelaxing. I feel like the pools needed cleaned better the tiles were kinda dirty in some areas. At one point there were lemon wedges floating in the pool. Beach 4/5 Pretty clear sargasm is seasonal and they tried to clean it out. It was not too bad and the braches were nice. Quite a few chairs and umbrellas.

My husband and I spent our 2nd wedding anniversary at this gorgeous resort in Mexico, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was warm and welcoming, the food was incredible, and the views were breathtaking. They even surprised us with a special anniversary treat. Truly unforgettable—we can’t wait to come back!

Bed was really comfortable. Nice bed sheets. Food was delicious and always accessible. Apart from 4 restaurants, cafe bar and taco stand , room service menu was pretty tasty and great options.
