Las Vegas Beach Holidays

MJ at the check in desk was amazing & so friendly and accommodating. Her kindness and warmth made our stay start out on an absolute high note!

Did not use spa. WiFi was weak but usable. My major dissatisfaction was all the food places closed by 10pm. Not at all like the Vegas of the past - pretty disappointing:(

The spa was nice, staff at front desk seemed a little unknowledgeable, although the lady that checked us in was great, but check out and connecting mgm rewards was a bit confusing to them. Casino was nice, dealers interacted well, and the Patisserie was nice. Close to luxury shopping and connection to cosmo was nice.

Excellent restaurants

Overall a good stay. I thought I was getting a $15 food voucher each day of my three nights there as promised through Expedia. but did not. I did not expect to pay a $46 per day resort fee either, which was collected at the desk after I had already paid through Expedia. Room was good overall, but bathroom lighting was dim because a bulb was out and dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed (would drift open on its own). Won’t be coming back because of the resort fee.

My reserved room at Wynn was switched to Encore. We had quite a bit of luggage, are both old, and it's a haul. No bellman was offered. The shower is beautiful but disappointing - very conventional shower head. And of course this being Vegas you get cleaned out in every possible way. That said, both Wynn and Encore are stunning properties. I only had night but I'd have stayed happily for a week. Very well-done. Excellent beds, large rooms, a somewhat annoying iPad control system, but yeah, this is a lovely place.
