One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a very long time. Great price, friendly staff, nice room and a great location. Highly recommend it!

The room was fine. Nothing overly special. View was terrible, and the room was quite small. The staff were lovely except for the concierge. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable or eager to help. They didn’t offer to make any reservations and when I asked for suggestions he proceeded to Google, which I could have done myself. The restaurant was overpriced and food was mediocre. The location was excellent but that’s about it. The valet parking was ridiculous, they wanted $110 with no in and out privileges. I recently stayed at the Mandarin and it was less, and we had in and out privileges. They also assigned the room right in front of the elevator so we heard people and the elevator door open and shut all day and night.

The staff were friendly. Location is good. Breakfast was okay. This hotel needs renovation.

Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

Limited restaurant choices. Difficult to view menus on tv except for a couple of restaurants

Excellent position. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Would recommend.

Property is old. They are clearly trying to keep it up, but it's obviously had better days. With that said, Horseshoe is still an excellent deal. The rooms are well sized. Each has a fridge (rare on the strip), the bathrooms are updated with good showers and toilets (our sink was clogged and took a long while to drain... no big deal). The old hallway carpets are worn and rippling. Decent little food court in the basement with reasonably priced Subway. $5 beer at many casino bars (good deal). The coffee bar in the main lobby is outrageous ! 2 coffees and 2 pastries/muffins will run you north of $40! The location is fantastic, right beside Paris in the middle of the Strip. The Bazzar shops out front have lots of food and souvenires to pick from. We stayed end of April and the pool was still not open for the season. We we're encouraged to go to the VERY busy pool next door at Paris! Overall, if you don't need fancy, just a good location at a decent price, this is a good choice!
