East Coast Beach Holidays

Tuve una muy buena experiencia en Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda. En general, el hotel cumplió con mis expectativas y, en varios aspectos, las superó. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de la mayoría del personal, quienes realmente hicieron todo lo posible por brindarnos una excelente estadía. Sin embargo, considero que sería importante que este nivel de servicio sea más consistente en todos los colaboradores, para que la experiencia se perciba uniforme en todo momento. La habitación, en la mayoría de ocasiones, se encontraba impecable. En los pocos casos en que no fue así, el equipo respondió de forma rápida y eficiente, lo cual se valora mucho. Como oportunidad de mejora, noté la presencia de bastantes mosquitos. Sería ideal considerar alternativas como mosquiteros u otros métodos de prevención. Además, el jardín del balcón podría recibir un mejor mantenimiento, ya que en ocasiones dificultaba el paso. Finalmente, considero que la oferta gastronómica, tanto del buffet como de los restaurantes, podría elevar su nivel para estar más alineada con la categoría de un hotel 5 estrellas. En resumen, fue una experiencia muy positiva, con detalles puntuales que, de mejorarse, podrían llevar la experiencia a un nivel aún más alto.

Room was nice, plenty of space for two adults two teens without getting a big suite. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did have trouble with our bracelets getting into room the first night but after that no issues. Pool and beach seats do fill up fast, going out early to snag a seat seemed to be the norm, after first day we would go out early and then have breakfast at Panama or isla market right near pools. Also we sat in the sand one day as we didn’t see any chairs, within 5 minutes staff came over and got chairs for us! Honestly such friendly staff. Love the coffee shop open 24 hrs, easy to get coffee, water, juice, pastries or sandwiches. The beach is stunning! Even with red flags you can go in to your knees/waist and have fun in the waves. Water is beautiful and only saw seaweed one day. Tons of beach space and compared to some tropical beaches you don’t have to dodge a lot of vendors trying to sell stuff. I have seen reviews where you were pressured to sit in timeshare pitch but that never happened to us. Only word of advice for checkout is that if you charge anything to room you have to stand in a LONG line at other end of building ( not where you check in). If there are no charges you can do express checkout. So leave extra time or just pay by cc for any extras. Line moved faster than we thought though. All in all great time!

Amazing vacation! Our butler Lionel was so helpful with anything we needed. Room and all staff were amazing. Beach is top notch! Highly recommend!

The hotel was nice but they do need better food selections ( authentic Dominican food ) and if they’re gonna be 24hrs actually be 24hrs
