The room was clean and parking was straightforward. However, the air conditioning was very disappointing and wasn't working properly. Air conditioning was specifically listed as one of the amenities when I made the booking, so I reasonably expected it to be functional during my stay. Even when set to 19°C, the air coming from the unit was warmer than the fresh air outside. As a result, I had to sleep with the window open, which meant dealing with traffic noise during the night. The hotel did provide a pedestal fan, but this is hardly an adequate substitute for functioning air conditioning, particularly when air conditioning is advertised as an amenity. There was also no microwave available for guests, which was inconvenient. Overall, I don't feel the stay offered good value for money. Given the issues with comfort, particularly the ineffective air conditioning, I would not consider staying at this hotel again.

Lovely welcome from the check in staff very polite and helpful. Room lovely clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff very polite and welcoming.had breakfast which was delicious lots of variety. Will definitely be booking to stay again.
