Great stay. Helpful and friendly staff, car parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of choice at breakfast in a nice environment. Comfy beds, quiet room desoite being near a main road. The only thing is, bring shower gel. We didn't have sufficient in the small pack provided for 2 showers per person.

The water had an emergency shutoff which resulted in delays in showering and we missed out on our Sunday family outing. Staff did leave a note and bottled water which was considerate. Breakfast service was a little strange, no-one brought menus or offered tea while I waited for my partner to join me. The manager was a high point though lovely, professional and helpful. We were well informed about the water situation & it’s not their fault that occurred.
