No air-con. Its is an old building and beautiful but the rooms are boiling and there is no air con. We opened the window but it was very noisy. The rooms are looking tired - stains on carpet and bathroom starting to look a bit shabby. Shame really as I stayed a few years ago and was faultless.
Positives - we had a great price, room was large and beds comfy.
We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Great location for mermaid quay. You need to book parking 24 hours before online to get discount.
