"Centrally located and spacious clean room."

"Lovely hotel and facilities, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating without a snobby mindset. However, the parking charges were a bit of a surprise on arrival, although this can be got around by parking at the golf academy carpark (free) with a courtesy minibus ride back to the hotel itself. The rooms are perfectly fine, but a bit tired for a 5* hotel. We would be very happy to make a return visit anytime!"

"When I first arrived, the receptionist offered to change my room to a lower level one once she saw how much stuff i would have to carry and I didn't even need to ask. Definitely set the expectation, the lovely staff was the highlight of my stay. The bathroom was very large and clean, there's no daily room service but they have staff at hand 24/7 if you need something. Its in a busy area with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby so outside it can get pretty loud but you can't hear anything from inside so that wasn't an issue for me personally and it was convenient to be situated directly in the middle of the city centre. Definitely do recommend a stay there and its fairly affordable so always a plus."

"The location of the hotel is spot on for central Cardiff. No parking onsite anymore so had to park in an NCP car park 3 min walk away but cost £30 for 24 hours. Hotel was clean so was room but needed some TLC. Bed was comfortable Only one lift working when we were there so ended up taking the stairs. The hotel has 10 floors. Staff available at reception Overall stay is was good and comfortable for a 3 star hotel"
