Through Expedia booking, the indication was the 17th floor restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It apparently is not available for lunch. One morning (12:30 am) we put out the breakfast in room order card. It was not picked up, so no breakfast delivery. The staff was apologetic for both issues.

Staff was very helpful. Bonus was self service laundry that was included in the hotel.

Hotel is in Rembrandt Square and as such the area is very busy with lots of dining and other Amsterdam amenities. However hotel lobby was closed due to construction and staff seemed ambivalent about guests. Room was very small and poorly lit. Due to the construction there were no available hotel amenities.

The room was a very good size. The shower room was a good size. However a small refrigerator would have been good. Also a non slip mat for the shower- the tiles were slippery, so I had to place a hand towel on the floor.
