Liked the fact that it was so close to Terminal 5 and the Enterprise car return. Didn't like the fact that I got the wrong room, no code for WiFi, elevator was broken (so they gave me free parking) and the shower poured water all over the place because the shower door is too small.

"I was told by both of my taxi drivers that this was a bad area to stay in. The room was nice. Breakfast was good. I like that you have to swipe your room card on the ground floor to get the elevator to open. That extra security made me feel good."

"We booked this hotel as it was next to Kings Cross - 5 minutes walk. It was booked late at night after BA cancelled a flight at Heathrow. We arrived after midnight and check in was easy and efficient. The room was ideal for what we wanted and it was very reasonably priced."

"This hotel is tired the decor and eldctrical outlets need updating. In addition, there were a large number of young loud Americans staying and no one seems to have cleared up the communal spaces they were inhabiting.
