Central Mumbai Cheap Holidays

I stayed at IRA by Orchid for 7 days, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The property is in desperate need of TLC. We faced issues with room cleanliness and extremely low water pressure in the sink. While the staff did eventually move us to a different room after 3 days of complaining, no compensation or apology for the initial discomfort was offered. Additionally, the breakfast was very repetitive; in a week-long stay, there was zero change to the menu. The biggest disappointment, however, was the staff’s inability to listen to guest complaints—they seem to acknowledge the issue but don't take proactive steps to fix it. For the price and the brand name, I expected much better service and maintenance.

Front desk: Viraj was amazing in helping my checkin experience feel very welcomed. Breakfast: Very friendly staff and especially Archana, Tanvi, Ayush? and the Dosa desk. Room service: efficient and pleasant. All in all a pleasant stay.

Phone was not working - no lotion in the bottle - Because phone was not working - I could not call for bag pick up from room Not sure about bed bug but had ichy and scratchy night

Breakfast super with lots of choices, service was great practically any waiter passing by would ask if they can help me. Including their supervisor.
