Good location, lovely helpful staff.
Plenty of lounge space and bar area.
Yummy cocktails.
Our room and bathroom were spacious and had an iron and hairdryer.
Didn't like the digital check in as it had a glitch which meant we couldn't get our room number and had to wait a long time at reception as staff were very busy.
Our room was clean but the windows of our room were filthy so hard to see out well.
Some of soft furnishings tired and worn .

I was extremely content in this hotel, having been welcomed warmly at Reception when checking in. Then finding a clean and very comfortable room which was spacious. Plenty of towels and pillows and lovely linen.
I enjoyed 2 breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel, and experienced the room service., all of which was very, very good.
I won't stay anywhere else on my travels, if there is a Nonotel available.

Class hotel, parking is quite expensive at £25 per night. Staff were amazing, facilities top class including the gym and pool/spa area. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Bed was great. Bathroom was a little tired. Breakfast was ok.
