This was a great stay until my mother fell in the lobby because the rug was buckled and she uses a cane. The staff was friendly, but it was a huge event there which caused parking to be at a minimum.

Rooms are tiny and not very nice. I was expecting luxury. It's hard to maneuver the building, as it's all around small, and the luggage carts are funky, with wheels on only one side. Just a very underwhelming experience; feels like a bar with some rooms upstairs.

Nice hotel and staff convenient to event venues. PPG arena, for example is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away. No onsite parking, but nearby parking is available.
