"I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was that the door to my room would not properly latch shut. On multiple occasions it appeared closed but would swing open on its own, which made me feel extremely unsafe. I reported it to the front desk, and although I was told maintenance would fix it while I was out, I still spent much of the night worried about my safety and even had to block the door with a chair to feel secure enough to sleep.
