Possible 5* but for the parking garage. The room, dining facilities, staff were all excellent. There was even an ice machine on our floor. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, if not best hotel buffet spread/layout we’ve ever experienced. Heated flooring in the bathroom was a nice touch. The location of the hotel made experiencing the city easy. I just wish the garage wasn’t so cramped. Luckily we rented a compact car. If we ever go back to Helsinki, we would stay here again

"The location is wonderful, as central as you can get. There is coffee and tea available when the office is open and staff members were very nice. My only problem is that the very small rooms mean you can hear people talking next door. I don't mind using white noise to block it but others might not ..."
