Facilities were great!
Staff was the biggest disappointment of my whole stay.
Food was okay but no options for less sugars.
Licor was not top brands
Entertainment groups were poor not a lot of activities and the staff in some activities i even found them disrespectful.

The food selections were bad considering the fish was overcooked and oversalted, and the beef was chewy.
The worst part was the seaweed situation at the beach - half the week was ruined because staff was too lazy to clean the beach which we all mainly took this vacation for.
Also the bartenders don't even service the beach which is very odd.
