Florainy was absolutely amazing, and her service was truly incredible throughout our entire stay. The people working at this resort genuinely make all the difference in creating an exceptional experience for guests. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism elevated what could have been just another vacation into something truly memorable and special. I also want to give special recognition to the wonderful older gentleman who works at the front entrance of the resort. Every time we arrived, he greeted us with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm that it immediately set a positive tone for the day. His friendly demeanor and welcoming presence made us feel valued as guests from the very first moment we entered the property. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to catch his name, but his contribution to our experience was invaluable. He represents the kind of hospitality that makes guests want to return again and again. The staff working at the buffet also deserve tremendous praise for their outstanding service. They were attentive, helpful, and always ready with a smile, no matter how busy they were. They kept the dining area immaculate, ensured that all the food stations were well-stocked and fresh, and went out of their way to accommodate any special requests or dietary needs. Todo estuvo muy bien. Servicio, comida, playa, piscina y las instalaciones.

Clean and good ac in room. Swim bar bartender was quite rude and was not a language barrier. I speak Spanish and English fluently. Maybe he was over whelm. He should know you work in customer services. Take a break gather your self and then come back. Also tons of seaweed. Wish expedia would have put it on the site. It was not swim able. We had to stay in the pool the whole time. Sucks bc you travel many hours only to not be able to enjoy the beach. The night shows were good and food.
