They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit.

Perfect location - just 15mins walk from main attractions, and 5mins walk from Hauptbahnof. Rooms are clean, nice snacks to grab for breakfast.
