They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Night noise from street (Sat night) was loud but it was close to Old Town and within walking distance to many attractions.
