Te alojan en otro hotel.

Hotel cerrado, te alojan en el Cristal a la vuelta de la esquina. Allí me dieron una habitacion hecha pero olvidaron vaciar la papelera y recoger las latas de cerveza. Me la cambiaron en seguida. Cama comoda y silenciosa.

Gute Unterkunft

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage mit Parkhaus. Zum Frühstück hatten wir für dieses Hotel etwas mehr erwartet Brötchen mit salatplatt Schinken, Käse und Salami belegt aber ohne Butter etc. recht trocken. Auf ein Ei warten wir vergebens

Prima hotel op loopafstand centrum en station

Hotel Dolomit werkt samen met Hotel Cristal. Hierdoor werden we omgeboekt naar Cristal. Prima parkeren, erg ruime kamer, schoon!

They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit.

Bom hotel, mas sem wi-fi no quarto

Atendimento muito cordial e quarto muito aconchegante e confortável. Porém, nos colocaram no final do corredor, onde não funcionava o wi-fi, e tivemos que permanecer lá durante o restante da hospedagem. Poderiam ter arrumado o wi-fi.

Hotel Dolomit was perfect spot in a good part of the city. So close to central station which made travel super easy. The front desk was so nice and definitely made the stay. Only complaint the shower could get a little messy. But would definitely stay again.

살짝 불만족스러움.

직원분들은 매우 친절하십니다. 라디에이터 틀어놔도 방이 꽤 추워요. 창문을 꽉 닫아도 차소리들 방음이 잘 안되고 복도 소리가 엄청나게 잘들려요. 화장실은 깨끗했습니다. 역주변 이라 거리가 조금 지저분 할 수 있어요. 반대로 중앙역에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리라 좋기도 합니다. 무난하지만 살짝 만족스럽지 못한 곳.

När vi kommer till hotellet så säger dom att vi inte har någon bokning hos dom. Jag har skrivit ut boknings bekräftelse. I receptionen säger dom att dom har avbokat oss pga av att jag saknade täckning på mitt kort. Men jag har pengar. Hon erbjuder oss ev ett rum men för mycket mer pengar än våran tidigare bokning. Var på vi tar våra väskor och går. Går runt hörnet och får tag på ett hotell med samma standard och mycket trevlig personal. Toppen frukost och billigare än hotell Dolomit.

Hotel consigliato per chi non ha pretese eccessive, posizione strategica vicino alla stazione centrale ed a tutti i mezzi pubblici. Personale disponibile e molto preparato. Pulizia buona ma in alcuni casi la struttura andrebbe un po'rinnovata (presenza di muffa su piccoli angoli della doccia). Molto positivo il deposito bagagli dopo il check-out.

Good hotel for a 2☆ superior. Room was spacious and clean. The down side was the room had a kettle and no cups or spoons. We could have done with more pillows, 1 pillow was not enough. The shower was powerful but the base would fill up very quickly so therefore we had to keep turning the shower off until it drained, then turn it back on...was rather annoying. One of the best things was the breakfast...although served in the sister hotel Cristal, the variation in the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Localização perfeito e ótimo espaço

A melhor localização de Munique, muito perto da estação central dá para ir a pé para a Marian Platz. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e o chuveiro uma delícia. O café da manhã e feito em um hotel ao lado, em um unico dia uma das funcionárias (desse outro hotel) foi um pouco grossa com a gente, mas mesmo assim recomendo muito o hotel.
