The staff were friendly and accommodating with plenty of smiles. Unfortunately there was building work going on the work noise wasn’t good and it left my car dirty with saw dust etc. however I expect that this work will be completed by next year when we usually stay here.

I stayed as a solo in the Business single room - comfortable double bed, Nespresso machine, heated towel rail and complimentary mini bar. The staff are incredible and make you feel so welcome and comfortable in this beautifully restored heritage building. The location is unbeatable - walkable to everywhere in the old town - thank you for such a memorable stay

Good size room with a good view of the mountain. Breakfast was good quality and quantity. Entrance was a little hard to find and parking is scarce.

This hotel was clean and well located. Staff was not as helpful as they could have been. Late check in was not great.

Great room, fantastic location. Friendly staff, tasty meals. A very good experience would highly recommend.

Lovely room. Quite spacious. Wonderful shower. Comfortable bed. Would have appreciated a coffee maker but otherwise great. Friendly staff.
