Great location, helpful staff, wonderful French bakery connected to hotel

Great location, just blocks from Grand Central station. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a great neighborhood with some excellent outdoor space in the front oasis area and on the roof. The rooms are small but efficient. It is hard to figure out how to work the lights in the room, and there are no easy instructions. It is not a quiet hotel, but that is a tradeoff for being in a neighborhood. The staff are helpful but there seems to be a philosophy to offer minimal support to customers.

I love this hotel. Location is good.. more upscale quiet section of the city.. service is exceptional!
