Absolutely wonderful hotel! I stayed here solo and felt very comfortable. Room was very clean and modern and comfortable. Breakfast is so worth it, a large buffet of real food (no fake crap). (watch out for pigeons if you eat outside, don't leave your food unattended.) pool is nice w outdoor bar. Loved that they had luggage storage for the day I had to check out. Staff were so kind and patient even though my spanish was really rusty and I was struggling to make sense. Hotel was a little tough to get to from the train station, had to walk 20 mins with my bags. Otherwise the location was great, close to everything, especially the beach!

I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent location, and that was definitely its biggest advantage. It’s conveniently located and easy to access nearby attractions. The swimming pool is large and spacious, which is great for families. The hotel also has direct access to the beach. However, it was disappointing that no sunbeds were provided on the beach for hotel guests. Unfortunately, the room itself was not as comfortable as expected. When we arrived, the room was very warm, and despite the air conditioner running at full fan speed, it struggled to cool the room effectively. I was also surprised to find that the in-room safe could only be used after paying an additional €2.50 per day to receive an access code. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a charge just to use the room safe. In addition, the room telephone was not working. Another inconvenience was the hotel’s deposit policy. To get a towel for the swimming pool, I was asked to pay a deposit, but they only accepted cash. Similarly, access to the gym also required a deposit. These extra charges and cash-only requirements felt unnecessary and outdated for a hotel of this category. To make matters worse, when we returned to the hotel the following day, the main elevators were out of service. Only a single VIP elevator was operating, resulting in long queues of guests waiting just to get to their rooms.
