Hotel from the outside looks very dated and shabby. Staff helpful and Room was clean and looked like the pictures, the £10 parking fee that was a surprise. Location is not very central so a taxi into Cardiff will cost approx £15 to £20 pounds each way just something to bare in mind

Booked a 3 bed room for an overnight stay for a concert in Blackweir Fields. We could park right under the hotel, so a good start. The room was very spacious with air con, tea & coffee facilities and very comfortable beds. Both a shower & a bath in the bathroom. The hotel is ideally located to walk to & from Blackweir Fields, and also to the city centre. We opted for breakfast as well, which was very good, with a full selection for all tastes & diets. Overall a very pleasant stay and we will certainly use this hotel again for any future visits to Cardiff.

We were there for my wife’s birthday for two nights, they ran out of all beer and we had to wrap the night up early, really poor as we have been coming there for years

The only issue for me was the TV hard to work out but also no Netflix or something bit basic

A great hotel and lovely welcome from Rowan on reception. We had a view of Cardiff Bay from our room, a fantastic way to wake up ahead of a tasty breakfast. We’ll be back!
