Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Lovely spacious rooms. Beautiful spa. Access to executive floor was a nice touch. Breakfast was superb both in terms of quality and choice. Would stay there again.

Safe and quiet and accessible area from and to the airport and to the main attractions… super close to the Danube river. Staff were friendly and helpful and well spoken and multilingual with english and Hungarian at least (may be more)! Room was spacious and super modern and nice style and the bed was comfy. The lobby and the bar are cool and the water cooler in the lobby is a great idea and save lots of back and forth time to the rather close conveniently 24/7 convenient store Mona! :). It was great stay and i will definitely choose Charm hotel again every-time i visit lovely Budapest
