- Acknowledged any issues and service recovery was quick and met expectations.
- Breakfast was great!
- Staff, except for the guy that looks like a marvel hero with a thick eastern block accent -- he was rude.
- Irian was very responsive, and we greatly appreciate his help.

The Bonham is in a perfect location and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are a good size. Our only complaint was with the house keeping staff. We left our room at 8:30 am and our room was not cleaned when we returned at 3. This happened 3 times during our week stayed

An absolute gem of a hotel, a great place to relax and unwind. Great friendly staff, a great menu (compliments, to the chef) and the waitering staff one and all. Front of house was professional and friendly, spa staff kept up the high standards of service to.

The Bonham is in a perfect location and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are a good size. Our only complaint was with the house keeping staff. We left our room at 8:30 am and our room was not cleaned when we returned at 3. This happened 3 times during our week stayed
