The staff...amazing! No doubt about that.
The hotel, not so amazing. The floor boards in the room kept popping up under my feet as if they were peel and stick panels, because they probably were. I would have thought that at some point, when Sonesta bought the property they would buy newer more sound proof windows. NOPE. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the property for you. I think the worst part was the parking. It is a shared garage with another hotel chain and is absolutely disgusting. Disgusting elevators, disgusting ground, disgusting stairwells...the whole thing needs a serious power washing like 4 times a day. Just gross as f&#k. Absolutely gross. I felt sad for my car having to live in it overnight. Gross.

When I am in Los Angeles and I need to get in and out of the airport, I stay here because it is always efficient and clean and employees are helpful and they have a nice gym and the food needs work, but it’s OK but most importantly it is convenient at LAX for my business Tasks when I’m in Los Angeles so thank you
