The property was nice, clean and quiet. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a little older. The food was mediocre at best.

Great staff, very professional and kindnesses. Want to mention am excellent job of out buttler, Randy, Cesareo and Yurie at the pool bar great guys.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Our Butler Luis was attentive and helpful.

The service and staff is great and the property is very well cared for. The scenery is beautiful and the swim up bar is wonderful. The drinks were great. Some of the entertainment was good such as the live bands and a violinist but some of it was corny. There are lots of different restaurants of varying ethnicities but the food was hit or miss. Because of the multitude of choices, I was able to find something I liked well enough. The breakfast was a buffet and they had omelette stations that were good with fresh ingredients. There are people walking up and down the beach trying to sell you things and have a hard time taking no for an answer so that was a bit annoying. Bring several tubes of sunscreen because you will go through a lot and the gift shop sells tubes for $25! Over all the place was very relaxing and we had a great time!

The staff here for me gets a 5 star. There would be no hotel without the staff . Always smiling , caring and being appreciative . They are very helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure my family and I had the best time. Edwin was an amazing concierge, he attended to our every need, reservation, transportation , food and room improvement . Our room remote and tv was not working and Edwin got us a new room with working appliances. He is very easy to talk to and understand. Luisito was pleasant and very helpful to the family . He always ensures our needs were met . Juan was our driver , our entertainment , our friend and our security . Every and anything that was needed. He ensured we were ok . The staff was amazing amazing beyond words . We will return just for the staff and their customer service skills .
