Hotel was clean and easy to find, with a convenient onsite parking garage. Check-in was smooth even late at night. Our room was very spacious with a balcony, good amenities, and even a small cooking area with a hot plate and sink. Location was excellent—just a short walk to the Cologne Cathedral, shopping, and plenty of restaurants.

"My first 6 nights stay was in deluxe room was ok but the air conditioning was not good enough my second stay one night in superior room was to small .. location very good in old town close to train station just 3 minutes walk"

"Das Zimmer war ausreichend für eine Person, es gab sogar ein kleines Sofa. Allerdings war mein Zimmer ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Tür zum Bad war "ausgefranst", in der Dusche war Schimmel, am Nachtschrank das Furnier abgeplatzt... Ich hatte ein einziges Glas und das war zum Zähneputzen. Ja, ich hätte ..."
