9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,779 reviews)
The room felt tired and worn. I was told I was upgraded to a city view which was actually just a side road and the back of some buildings. The hotel is lacking in a bar or any sort of atmosphere. Their sister properly a few doors down seems to have these facilities, but not having them in the same building isn’t great. I wouldn’t stay again as I think there are much better options in Edinburgh. All in all, this felt like a slightly elevated Premier Inn.
