Comfortable clean spacious suite with great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained.The Staff is very friendly, food is delicious.They have differents stunning restaurants.If you want to visit a beach outside the hotel you can board the bus crossing the street next to the hotel, it runs through several beaches and arrives at the Zona Romantica and Muertos Pier.

Brenda and the Concierge help me plan my engagement. They went above and beyond and made the vacation, beautiful and very memorable. Brenda went over the top to help and be at our side. I made a friend with her. She’s incredible.

The property was beautiful but the pool had some issues with the waterfall being off. The beach was not swimmable due to red flag. The food was mediocre, they did some things good, but most was not great. Overall it was fun but probably wouldn’t go back.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and kept clean. We will stay again however we would not do the all inclusive again. The drinks lacked flavor the food was a 6 out of 10. The buffet at the sister hotel had better food. We will eat and drink at all the near by restaurants next visit.

Nice champagne welcome drink. Beautiful property. Lovely ocean view from the room. Comfy beds and pillows. Great housekeeping. Nice and mild signature hotel scent. Friendly staff. Would have liked more varied breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The chaise lounges on the beach were very dirty and worn. The chaise lounges around the pool were not much better. It was unclear how to get an umbrella and lounge chair to relax on the beach. Perhaps several should have been set up early in the day. We had to get our own chaise lounges and there were no umbrellas around.
