Jalisco Kid friendly Holidays

The food at the property is the main reason why this resort we get three stars for me. I am very disappointed with the food at this resort because it lacked flavor and the options are limited. Other than this, everything thing else was great for the most part.

We appreciate the Staff that made every day unique with cleanness throughout the property, superior room care, outstanding restaurants, beautiful grounds, precise working elevator service, Artistic Lobby. Also, they treated us with happiness, as if we were special friends. The entertainment was more than we could dream of, so many choices.

It was nice and clean but there definitely could improve on the food options.

The resort has great pool and snorkeling area. The 2 things disappointing are: 1, the kids club. It is super small. Like super small. So there is not attractive to kids and the activity and management is pool. 2. There are only 2 restaurants taking kids and one is far so we basically stay for one restaurant for the whole trip which is so sick to eat the same food over and over again. There are 5 restaurants but three of them are adult only. Which is not family friendly at all. I really think these two parts need to change

The pool staff was great, the room was great, conveniently located at end of beach. Great weekend getaway
