Dublin Kid friendly Holidays

Staff were really good. Nice complementary biscuits and the cartons of water were very welcome. Food in the bar was good, The bathrooms could do with updating. Our room was facing the main road and I found it very noisy.

Very friendly staff greeted us as we entered the hotel. A great location in the Temple Bar area. Lots of shops and pubs around and a Tesco directly across the street which was handy. Was able to walk to many attractions including Molly Malone, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Grafton Street and St Stephen’s Gate Park. Just a 5 minute walk to the famous Temple Bar. At night it was noisy with music from other pubs but seemed to stop around 11pm. They provided ear plugs as an amenity but did not block out the noise. Our in room wall mounted air conditioning was leaking the first day/night and continually dripped all night onto the carpet that was soaking wet. They gave us extra towels to catch the drips but still heard the drips all night long. The maintenance guy came the following day to fix it but carpet was still soaking wet. No partial credit or discount was given or offered even when I asked which was disappointing since our feet were wet. Overall, excellent location and we would stay here again.

Had a nice overnight stay. It was a little warm in the room but by the time the sun went down the room was cool. The shower was absolutely wonderful!

Stayed here with our 3 kids (in two rooms) for one Saturday night in June. The lobby and rooms are updated and clean. Beds are comfy. Parking was straightforward. Location is pretty good: about 20 minute walk to Temple Bar. The area around the hotel is okay. The rooms had fans which really helped with the heat. The place was fine, and a good price relative to other options in the city centre.

Nice and clean. Bed was firm and comfy. Concierge service was very helpful for booking transportation options.
